Existing ontology work is built from systems and documents. It cannot reach what only employees know — the handovers, workarounds and approvals that never touch a log.
Ontheus builds the ontology from the interviews themselves. Every node and edge carries the evidence it came from, so an agent querying the graph can answer — and show why.
